Owners Duke Altschuler and Melisse Perré created Duke’s Garage so car enthusiasts could own and drive the classic or vintage car of their dreams. They opened the garage to livestream music in 2020 and now host a variety of community events.
Duke Altschuler began collecting classic cars and trucks in 2006. Duke’s enthusiasm for vehicles started early, growing up with a father who sold new and used trucks. Having worked on many automobile types and models, Duke holds fond memories of his many early, pre-cell-phone era road-trip adventures.
Melisse’s passion for powering vehicles with “green” technology inspired Duke’s Garage conversion of certain classic and vintage cars to 100% electric. In 2009 Duke’s Garage sold its first electric conversion -– a 1965, fully restored, 100% electric, convertible Mustang.
Duke’s Garage has sold more than 250 vehicles since inception.
Owners & Staff
Duke Altschuler – Owner
Managing Partner of CTAP LLC, a distributor of OCTG pipe, earned a degree in engineering and an M.B.A. before successfully building his own company over a 24-year period. His company enjoys a well-earned reputation in pipe distribution and oilfield service. Prior to pipe distribution, Duke spent years in the steel and auto manufacturing industries, as well as classic car restoration and sales.
Today his passion is restoring cars and reviving historic buildings for entire communities to enjoy.
Melisse Perré – Owner
Melisse began working at Duke’s Garage after a 20-year career with a local home builder. Her experience includes, finance, accounting, project management, human resources and purchasing. Melisse holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Geography as well as post graduate work in Finance and Accounting.
She enjoys bringing people together and co-creating amazing event experiences.
Mike Holt – Manager
Duke’s Garage Manager Mike Holt manages daily sales and operations. His vast automotive expertise and sales experience is built on a career selling cars, appliances, guitars and pianos. Mike’s family of accomplished musicians and he spent his 20’s touring in bars and clubs across the Midwest–ask him about music trivia!
Today Mike teaches music, jams as a solo artist, and regularly showcases his vocal talent in the Duke’s Garage Jam Sessions.

Duke’s Garage is a classic car and truck dealership based in Westminster, Colorado. We specialize in finding, collecting and selling classic, vintage and rare cars and trucks — “rolling works of art.”
Our Westminster location’s showroom features classic cars and trucks for sale. It also serves as an event venue and live music sound stage.
