About Duke’s Garage
Duke’s Garage is a classic car and truck dealership based in Westminster, Colorado. We specialize in finding, collecting and selling classic, vintage and rare cars and trucks or as Duke calls them, “rolling works of art.” At our Westminster location, we have a showroom with classic cars and trucks for purchase or let us search and find a car that suits you better.
Duke’s Garage came to be when owner, Duke Altschuler, bought a few old collector trucks in 2006. Searching and finding classic car and truck deals became a passion. To fulfill his passion further, he hired a small staff to restore his finds and then began buying, restoring, and selling to other classic car enthusiasts. And that’s how it all started.
Duke’s enthusiasm for vehicles started a young age. Growing up with a father who sold new and used trucks, Duke could drive and work on many different automobile types and models. Duke especially liked trucks.
Not long after he got his license to drive, Duke was expected to help his dad deliver trucks to new buyers. Sometimes things went wrong. “Since there were no cell phones to call for help, you had to pull over and problem-solve and fix any issues, “says Duke. He goes on to say that he has fond memories of these early, sometimes perilous road-trip adventures.
Since its opening, Duke’s Garage has purchased and sold more than 250 vehicles and even converted some of the classics to 100% electric. Duke’s Garage recently sold the first electric conversion completed by the Garage in 2009 – a 1965, fully restored, 100% electric, convertible Mustang.
Today, finding and selling beautiful old cars is the focus of Duke’s Garage. We want you to have, own and drive the classic or vintage car that you’ve always wanted. That’s why we’re here.
We look forward to your visit!
